VITICOLOR DURABLE SKIN CAMOUFLAGE GEL This corrective gel durably colours (3 to 5 days) depigmented areas. It can be used in conjunction with usual vitiligo treatments, in particular with phototherapy. Viticolor gel combines: – colouring agents that immediately colour the skin, thus highlighting the application area. – pigmentation agents (DHA and Erythrulose), which give a more in-depth and durable colour. This colouring appears a few hours after application. It is applied with a brush, both to the body and face. Its colouring action effectively hides the depigmentation and improves the quality of life of persons suffering from vitiligo. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Apply Viticolor gel to the depigmented areas with the brush to ensure precise application. With the brush placed flat against the skin, start from the centre of the area, spread the product outwards to avoid any transition marks. Leave to dry. If, 8 hours after application, the resulting colour is too pale, repeat the application. Subsequently, 1 to 2 applications per week will help maintain the desired colour. May stain clothing. Contains a brush applicator.

Directions
Apply Viticolor gel onto the depigmented areas using the brush provided for a more precise application. With the flat part of the brush, begin to apply from the centre of the depigmented area, then draw the product in circles toward the border to avoid any demarcation. Allow to dry. After 8 hours, if the resulting colour is too light, renew the application until you obtain the right colour. Then, one to two applications per week are enough to maintain the coloration. May leave marks on your clothes.

You need to apply once and wait to see how the color ends up. after a few tries it becomes pretty easy. My goal was to make my vitaligo less noticeable. this product worked for that. with some skill its a great way to hide it all. don’t get it on the edges of your spots. it will make them dark. takes some practice but a nice product

I have relatively fair skin. This does an effective job of minimizing (but not completely camouflaging) my vitiligo spots on my face. It does not last as long as advertised for me. I have to reapply at least every other day. But it definitely makes the spots significantly less noticeable and gives me more confidence. A little goes a long way. As others have said, be careful on the edges so as not to darken them too much, but even if I get a little sloppy, the overall effect is still an improvement to the stark white patches.

I have trialed many products to color my Vitiligo patches. Many products have washed off easily with perspiration or washing of hands. I ended up using Chromelin for many years, however, Chromelin is clear with consistency of water. This resulted with the product often running into non-Vitiligo affected skin causing inconsistent skin color as well and it went on clear often leading to difficulties in knowing where the product has been applied. I recently trialed Viticolor for the first time and I absolutely love it!!! It goes on with a hint of color so you know where you’ve applied the product. It is also is a gel so it does not run Into unwanted areas. I will definitely continue with this product.

Update: originally had given 4 stars, didn’t want to appear overly excited 🙂 but… I love it! Nothing had ever covered my skin like this; been applying a bit every night, —-next is what I first wrote —-I have only applied it once but already skin shows more coverage than with other products, except for make up, consistency very sheer, had to put several dabs And let it dry a bit and apply more, and slept , when I woke up color was still there no rub on pillow; the color is a bit orangy on my skin but in my opinion better than white patches , when I put make up on , it was easier to cover orange than white, so far I’m liking it.

I have vitiligo and got this to fill in the areas of de-pigmentation. It doesn’t last very long, so you have to re-apply daily. It is a bot orange, but I use a spray tan to even out coloring. It is easy to apply with the sponge applicator. I use a bot of water to make it apply easier. I am happy with the purchase.

Product was okay and worked as it should if using only on occasion. I would recommend purchasing a self-tanner or instant tanning product to save money, and for more frequent use.

Just got this awesome product today 10/05/22…..I’ve suffered from Vitiligo for almost 20 years but this year the Dermatologist ordered me a phototherapy lamp to help re-pigment. While I’m going thru the treatment there are spots around my mouth that are still white and make me feel uncomfortable. I’ve been trying all sorts of cover up but this one works. I’ve applied 3 times letting each application dry and it is working and has stayed on after a shower. A little goes a long way. I don’t want to put a ton of cover-up on my face and this helps even out the patches and look natural. When I need to apply make-up this will help out tremendously to conceal without looking noticeable. I posted my before and after photos (first one is before phototherapy, Second is where I’m re-pigmenting and third is the application of the camouflage). Hope my review helps other’s who suffer like I do. Will be buying again!!!

I have tried a lot of different things to cover my white spots in my face this is the only product that have worked for me. I would give it a ten if I could.
