Graphene 2.0
Graphene 2.0 (G 2.0) takes the original Graphene compound foundation that Vittoria built, and functionalizes the advancements in performance, for each specific application. In other words, where the first generation of graphene compounds raised the bar evenly, Graphene 2.0 pin-points each performance metric, and increases it disproportionally to the rest.
More mileage at an unbeatable price!
Vittoria has embraced its role at the forefront of bicycle industry and in the year 2000, through an explicit commitment to ‘pushing the envelope’ and driving innovation. This commitment has seen Vittoria achieve several innovation milestones. This includes cotton casing tires, latex inner tubes and the blending of 4 different compounds (known as 4C); all combining seamlessly in the same tire. Vittoria’s contribution to improving your ride however, is the ability to leverage the qualities of Graphene, deployed in both our tires and wheels. Graphene is derived from graphite and it’s structure is very thin, (molecules are as thin as an atom – 1/1,000,000,000th of a meter) one gram of Graphene can cover a 2.630 square meter surface. It is 200 times stronger than steel and 6 times more flexible

GrapheneWith the aim to always push the boundaries of what is possible, Vittoria succeeded in the development of a new generation of Graphene: GRAPHENE 2.0 (G 2.0) takes the original Graphene compound foundation that Vittoria built, and functionalizes the advancements in performance, for each specific application |
Cotton Casing TiresVittoria is the pioneer and the world’s leading manufacturer of tires with cotton casing. The sublime performance of Vittoria tires and tubulars is the product of years of experience, R&D, and advanced production technology. At its heart is our mastery of fine-cotton Corespun production |
4 Compound Tire TreadsVittoria 4 compounds (4C) layering technology features separate base and surface compounds, in both the center and the side areas of the tread. This approach enables to fine-tune the flex of the tread-base and tread-surface separately, placing the correct compound exactly where it is needed for maximum cornering, climbing, rolling, and braking performance |
Off-Road Tire ConstructionVittoria off-road tires cover aggressive treads and strengthened constructions to prepare the rider for the huge demands of jumps, drops and various tire-threatening obstacles typical of mountainbiking. Vittoria MTB tires come with different types of casing to satisfy all needs |
A tubeless ready bead allows the tire to be used either with a tube, or with just tire sealant (no tube). It is chosen for its unique performance. It locks into the rim wall to provide an airtight seal and ensure easy tubeless set-up, and to optimize air retention (minimize burping). The Open Tubular TLR (tubeless ready) shares the same production process and properties as the Tubular, with the addition of a stronger bead material and a chafer for sidewall protection. For optimal safety, this tire is constructed to withstand 18-bar pressures on a standard alloy tubeless rim
Each tread is glued to the casing by hand. The tubular tire’s round profile delivers several advantages over any clincher. Notably, tubular tires offer superior shock absorption and more predictable cornering. The broad tread-casing interface distributes shock loads more evenly through the casing, allowing the tire to absorb greater impacts without deflecting or slowing down.
The Open Tubular has the same production process and properties as the tubular but without a sown-in inner tube. Open Tubulars are handmade with aramid folding beads for optimal clinching.

Received this item faster than promised, which is a good thing. Could be because the vendor warehouse/site is just around 20 miles away from my city.Received product in good condition. Have not installed this tire yet but will give a feedback when installed and ridden. The tire looked ok, no visible manufacturing defect.I used to buy the Vittoria Zaffiro Pro 700×23 which was more than adequate for training rides and were perfectly priced too at $11 per tire. Unfortunately, I think it was discontinued except for the colored ones used for indoor trainers.I’ve had good experience with Vittorias so I’m trying this one.

Light weight haven’t ride yet to decide on how good they are. The reason I’m adding 3 stars is due to the poor packaging. The package was messed up and didn’t seem to be anew package it was damaged but the product was fine. I may edit my review for the product itself when I ride enough and seed if the tires are good. For now the shape and the installation we’re good enough for me.

Nice all around tire I went as wide as I could on my Trek Emonda. 30 mm. Maybe just a hair too wide. A little too close to the back of the seat tube. I guess 28 mm is as wide as you can go. But they are on and not rubbing, so they are staying.

This is a solid training tire. I’ve ridden over piles of glass and no flats. The tire corners a little better than the Zaffiro 2, probably due to a more flexible sidewall and graphene rubber. My only complaint is that it comes only in black. The Zaffiro 2 came in many colors and really made a bike stand out.

Been riding road for 40 years, and mountain for 30.Have never ridden any Vittoria products, but needed a durable commuting tire in 700x25c and saw the Vittoria Zaffiro Pro G2.0 was very well-reviewed for durability–and significantly cheaper than the Contintental GP 4-Season.Installed a pair of Vittoria Zaffiro Pro G2.0 tires on an ’80s Masi converted to a flip-flop single-speed/fixie that I use for daily commuting in San Francisco. The Vittoria Zaffiro Pro G2.0 have a rounded profile and a surprisingly large contact patch for a 700x25c tire, yet they still fit under my Masi’s 5th-gen Campy Record Delta brakes, which have super-tight clearance and don’t fit the height of some 25c tires. And, the Zaffiro Pro G2.0 ride is lovely for such a durable tire. Replaced some Vredesteins with these, and the Zaffiro unexpectedly feels decently quick, while still being much more comfortable in city riding. Because of the pufffy profile, I wouldn’t put these on a roadbike that is doing high-speed tight cornering, but otherwise, these are perfect for commuting riding. Haven’t ridden on wet surfaces in city yet, but the tread pattern looks like it should be great.Installation was cake; even on Velocity deep-V rims.Super-happy with the Zapphiro Pro G2.0. It’s a fantastic commuting tire; hope Vittoria sell a billion of these.

I have ridden Rubino Pro III and Rubino Pro G2 for ages, Those are great tires. This Tire Vittoria Zaffiro Pro G2.0 is an awful ride I feel every bump and rattle down the road. This tire is awful taking them off and going back to the trusty comfortable Rubino. BTW I ride 120+ miles a week and a compliant tire is important to me.

After a failure on my first attempt I went to Vittoria for the perfect fit. This is the second e-bike conversion that had tire fitment issues on thepower wheel & Vittoria came thru with a tire that you are going to be able to be serviced on the side of the road.Didn’t take gorilla hands to install and it’s slick tread design is aggressive but not overbearing with plenty of grip.Vittoria is a winner in my book.

Let me start with the only negative i encountered. These tires are not wider than the 25Cs that were already on my bike. I wanted a wider tire to possibly handle some slightly rougher trails. I installed them and pumped them up and was disappointed. Well i still had to take a ride on them, and that’s where the magic happened. These tires ride fast and smooth. I have a few hundred miles on them with no punctures or flats, so I’m satisfied. Still in the market for wider tires though.

I decided to buy these tires because they look so beautiful in the picture. The ones I received are different and not for my taste. However, I will give them a try for the following reasons: They made in Thailand where good natural rubber come from, the treads resembles Conti Grand Prix 5000 design, tires’ center thickness, and I already mounted them on my wheels so returning is a pain. I give it 3 stars for now because of the bad first impression and I have no test results yet. I will give it another review after some local trail riding.

Very pleased with these tires. I’ve bought them several times in my life, but generally buy Continentals. I finally wised up and realized that while the Connies are great tires, they weren’t lasting as long as these, and they cost literally twice as much. These are on two of my road bikes (my Litespeed Tuscany pictured), and I bought a set of 32mm ones to put on my extra gravel bike wheelset, so I have a beefy tire that’ll handle the road as well as the occasional dirt road or trail for short stretches. Very pleased in every department… great value and an extremely sturdy, long lasting tire with great grip. These should be a no-brainer if you’re not a racer and just want a rock solid training tire that’ll handle about anything.
