Comfortable handles for left-handed people. Nice and sharp paring knife.

In the past I’ve bought Victorinox knives that had a rubberized handle. It felt a bit cheap, but they work and that’s what I was expecting here. Instead, these knives came with a hard plastic handle that is not very comfortable to my hand and makes the knives feel like dollar store cutlery. They are sharp and the actual cutting ability is excellent at this price point, but I’m quite disappointed with the handles.

We broke these knives in on Thanksgiving, carving turkey, peeling potatoes, and slicing rolls. They handle easily and make quick work of every kitchen project. Excellent product, reasonably priced.

I had done some research and read a lot of product reviews before ordering these Victorinox knives. When they arrived the rattling inside the box told me to be cautious when opening. All of the knives were unpackaged and loose in the box. See photo. The actual box they were to be enclosed was laying on top completely closed and sealed. Which means they were intentionally packaged this way. Reckless and potentially dangerous. Further, the handles of the knives are light weight plastic. Nothing substantial. However, the blades are sharp which is the most important aspect of this purchase. Time will tell if they hold up. Wouldn’t recommend.
