It is easy to handle with my small hands. I use this to bone out for chicken.

Best old school boning knife unless you like the stiff blade

I own 3 of these knifes and I love them. I butcher a lot of chickens, deer and hogs and I always use these knives for deboning.

Glad I bought this knife. Use it often.

I own a few of these cheapo knives, not in quality, price. Annoying actually as a knife maker. Really on pair with carbon steel without the staining. Must buy for the kitchen

I ordered this knife after returning a Chicago Cutlery 62SP due to poor quality. The blade is very sharp and has nice mid-level flex. The handle is super comfortable. I’ve never owned a knife that didn’t have a full tang and riveted handle. I hope it holds up. For now it is a joy to use.

I bought this knife after scouring the internet for a week. I read countless reviews/ reddit posts /top ten lists looking for the best knife set that the least amount of money could buy. I ended up picking out a few individual knives and a separate knife block instead, this being the cheapest of the bunch I wasn’t expecting it to be a life changing tool. And I’ll admit I was disappointed when this showed up and I pulled out the vinyl sheathed knife rolled up in some bubble wrap. I figured it was a 30$ mistake. But let me tell you, I decided to try it out tonight, and use it to cut up a chuck roast for stew. WOW (as much as I loathe this expression) it really did cut that meat like butter. I’m beyond impressed, Instead if dreading cutting up those large cuts of meat I’m actually looking forward to the next meal I need this for! And I’ll definitely look twords the swiss army knife makers next time I have a knife I want!So if your reading this just click

Very sharp, fits my hand great and the handle is textured just right so it doesn’t feel like it’s gong to slip out of my hand. It did a great job trimming a full brisket.
