    Beautiful knife with a wicked edge to it. Love this thing. It’s a true to form Victorinox. I have filet, boning, utility, and folder knives from them and they are all my go to knives. They hold an incredible edge.

    Literally had no idea kitchen knives could cut like this. It’s like a different task now. Seriously. Imagine a person from the 1800s seeing a huge tree being cut with a modern chainsaw, when they only knew about regular hand axes. It’s like that but with beef cutlets.I never bought a “nice” piece of cutlery in my life. I know knife purists will say this is the starting level of nice cutlery. But for someone who has never used anything but big-box store cutlery, this will blow you away. I sliced into a rare 20 oz. top-round steak – not the best cut of meat – and this knife seemed like it just fell right through the steak, like the force of gravity was enough to slice it through. Felt like magic. I’m with Team Victorinox until further notice.
