4 stars because it’s pretty pricey, especially for the amount you get. BUT , this product is amazing. Leaves my hair feeling soft, and makes it manageable. It detangles, and it’s good on my scalp, moisturizing. Great product !

It is okay. I was looking for something to replace TIGI S-Factor Serious Shampoo & Conditioner that they discontinued. This product is okay. It doesn’t make my hair feel as soft as S-Factor and I do not like the smell. When they say ‘unisex’, they mean very masculine smelling. Not a bad product, just not for me.
