I have psoriasis in my scalp..like 60% full scalp psoriasis… If I use this product, let it sit in my scalp as I exfoliate my scalp of the dead skin I can count on it not hurting and after a good 20-30 minute sit in I can use the cleanser that matches it and it reweaves my itching.. It’s been 2 full days since I used it with this method and I legitimately feel clean I do not see my psoriasis coming back at the moment..I assume it will come back, however 2 days is a lot for the condition.. I did not use a lot of the bottle but I did allow my head to soak in both rinse and the shampoo.. I used a regular conditioner from nape to the neck down to help with the tangled mess psoriasis flakes bring with very long hair. I have used many brands as expensive as this is.. it is worth it.. even if I just use this product a lone v.s the 75-80$ kit.. the pre soak makes it easy to lift off the dead skin!

My dermatologist prescribed Clobetasol solution that caused more bumps, and lumps on my scalp plus an increase in inflammation after 2 uses. This was the 2nd time my derm prescribed something that only made my scalp worse. First time Fluocinolone that caused more inflammation and Ketoconazole shampoo that dried my hair out, plus hair coming out. After Therapro Mediceuticals TheraRX Scalp & Skin Wash, that I used only on my scalp; I used Grand Pa’s Pine tar shampoo, again only on the scalp. Then I used Paul Mitchell TGIN Moisture Rich Sulfate Free Shampoo on the length of my 4C hair and followed with TGIN conditioner while keeping the conditioner away from my scalp. Let me tell you after the 1st use of Therapro Mediceuticals TheraRX Scalp & Skin Wash I still had some irritation but I noticed a difference. By the 4th use my scalp sang “Oh Happy Day!!!” I been dealing with scalp issues for 2 years. The derm prescribled it as lichen planopilaris with scaring alopecia. She wanted to put me on doxycycline for a year. Being on an antibiotic for a whole year definitely didn’t sit well with me. She said I would lose my hair. Well my hair is thriving and getting thicker and longer. Now I can see my way to total healing…No inflammation, minor irritation after shampoo that keeps getting less and less. Product is suppose to take 6 weeks to work. I started to improve in 3 to 4. Thanks to the customer who did research and wrote a review on this product for her husband who had pain and red sores on his scalp. My condition is no way as bad as his. So I continued to use it even when I thought things would not get better and I am so HAPPY THAT I DID!!! Will definitely buy again.
