Stuff is expensive but Ive learned you get what you pay for. Plus, you get a good amount so it will last a long while. I needed to make sure the hold would be adequate for lampshade and it did not disappointed.

My old employer used this tape to attach magnet strips to metal so they didn’t have to pay so much in warranty claims(old tape would wear out and let go after a while) This stuff sticks to everything forever. I have used it to fix a split stone and wood coaster(3years ago and still holding strong), taping super strong magnets to jar lids for a vertical spice wall(the tape is stronger then the magnet that can hold a full 7oz glass spice jar, taped my cats food bowls to the floor so they wouldn’t slide while they ate, adhering LED light strips to all kinds of surfaces. For the amount of force and things this will stick to it is also super easy to remove.(it would probably pull the paint/paper off drywall)

Used the tape to attached cloth over speakers. It work very will, would recommend it to anyone doing that type of job

It was perfect for my lampshades…. I needed something other than glue that would not leak through my fabric… it has is a strong hold. I taped silk fabric directly to a metal lampshade frame.
