Easy to use. Remove the cap on one end and apply, let it dry for a few minutes then buffy it with the pad on the other end. Easy and only take 10 – 15 minutes. I could feel a difference with my fingers before and after. Is does say to use in a well ventilated area, I guess because of the liquid (i’m guessing alcohol) to evaporate off. I skied the day after applying this and it worked well. I am not an avid skier so it’s difficult for me to tell how big of difference it made. I do think I could feel a difference from the first run to last but that could also be from changing snow conditions. For me it’s a time saver to dropping my skis off someplace to get them waxed. Also my skis are 20 years old so as long as snow does not stick to them and they slide on snow I am content.

It works. The dispensor is interesting. There’s a valve you open by pressing down on the sponge. The wax is suspended in an alcohol base. It seems to be very dilute. I’m concerned I may use it up fairly quickly. It seems much more dilute that the liquid wax I used to use, but is much more difficult to find.

I hit wax but don’t always have time to keep it up as I ski a lot. So for me as a touch up this works well. However it could be the only thing you need if you don’t hot wax.

Never have I waxed my skis before. I was gliding like an Olympian after two applications so much so I pulled a hip flexor. I also used kick wax for the push. I just got a little over exuberant so be careful. Hopefully I’ll be back out in a couple of weeks. I also waxed my downhill skies but I haven’t tried them yet but I’m sure I’ll be burning the snow. Easy to apply. Wax on wax off. Everything you need in the applicator.I went downhill skiing yesterday and the wax definitely made the cat tracks a lot easier. Made my skis feel new. Well not new but nicer.

Great wax for the fishscale “waxless” skis. Use on the front and rear glide surfaces for improved performance in most temperatures.

I had my skis waxed and sharpened a couple weeks before going out of town for a ski trip. The first day of the trip was spring like slushy conditions – no problem. The second day was a mixture of ice and sticky man made snow. I went from gliding to near full stop. I had this in the car and ran out to grab it. I was back on the slopes in 20 minutes and skiing normally. It completely saved the day and is now a must-have. My son had the same ski issue in man made snow at ski club last week and I had him back on his skis in 10 minutes. ??????The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the applicator on the first bottle didn’t work properly and drained completely after the first use.

I was wondering why I am so darn slow at skate skiing. Turns out I don’t wax my skis often enough. With this, I put a coat on after every use. Extremely easy to use.
