The anywhere bottle cage adapter really lives up to its name. You can mount it anywhere on the bike frame, even where there are no mounting holes. The topcage bottle cage as well as a strap for wider frame tube diameters from 50 to 80 mm are also supplied. As spare, we also offer shorter straps for fitting the adapter to the seat post.
The SKS Anywhere Adapter with Topcage Bottle Cage allows you to mount a bottle cage anywhere on your frame. Remove the Topcage Bottle Cage, and almost anything can be placed anywhere on your bike frame. Perfect for bikes that do not have water bottle cage mounts. The double sided hook and loop straps are super strong and long enough to go around almost any frame tubing – cut straps to desired length after placement. Designed to mount water bottle cages, mini pump mounts and other standard items. Straps can also be used to strap on: jackets, bananas, energy bars, trail tools, fishing poles and more. Your imagination and needs are all that limits this amazing bike accessory. Cage is included in case that is your main purpose for the adapter.
This setup is perfect for carrying large or small water bottles. Shown here is the complete unit mounted on a bike frame. It is shown here holding an SKS bottle, but the bottle is not included – just shown so bottle fit can be seen.
Below is shown just the Anywhere with Topcage Bottle Cage mounted on a frame. This is exactly the unit that is shipped when this product is ordered. You can see here the straps are long enough to go around a very thick frame and are completely adjustable. Straps can be trimmed to a shorter length if frame diameter is smaller.
This view shows how the Anywhere mounts screw onto the back of the Topcage Bottle Cage. We have removed the straps for this photo so you can get a closer look at the mounting system.

Was looking for an alternative to the Salsa Anything Cages or similar products as I do not have any bosses on my front suspension forks for mounting things to. Came across this product and it worked great. Used one on each fork for roughly 300 miles of the Arizona Trail and they held up great and fit my water bottles just fine. They had a tendancy to slip and turn inwards about once a day, but this can easily be fixed by adding two strips of electrical tape to the forks for the rubber to bite to.

I think this is as good a product as it’s gonna get. If you’re unable to, or don’t want to drill holes in your frame, your options are way limited. The Velcro has a built in grip on the opposite side to help with slippage. It’s also strong enough to let you really tighten it down. The contact points are well cushioned to midigate any damage to your frame. Haven’t had any issues with it.

Over thirty years I’ve been riding a road bike with plenty of hills here in Seattle. I finally got an ebike and life is great again. However there is no place for a water bottle and yes you do need one as you do pedal and I leave the motor off for the first 30 miles anyway. This works great! The top tube is rectangular in width and flat on top. While I wish the supports on this were flat there is a non slip material that holds it in place.

Have bought several other removable bottle holders, and this one is far superior. Feels like it will last, secures tightly and does not move during active rides, and is easy to remove or install. Worth the premium price tag vs. cheap alternatives on Amazon.

This is an initial review June 2019. I purchased this holder because my wife wanted it placed in the location you see in the photos. As you can see the tube is very thick and your standard clamp style wouldn’t work. So I went with this one. You can see in the photos that there is a rubber membrane on the inside of the strap. I installed it after I cleaned the bike to get the best grip. You don’t want to Install it on a dirty bike dust/dirt can cause the rubber to slip. I put it on and let it sit for about two hours to allow the material to stretch a bit. Then I re-tightened it. She used it that night with a full bottle and it stayed perfectly in place she was able to remove and re-insert with zero issue. I came home and tried to re-tightened it for a third time but It wasn’t necessary because I couldn’t see any slack being removed at all. I’ll do a one-year follow-up when the time comes. But so she’s completely happy with the product.(Update) It’s M

Update: I tried it for a week, both on-road and off-road, and it holds solid as a rock. Once I was assured it would hold, I cut off the extra length on the straps, and it looks and works great. For a normal-frame bike, the straps are just way too long, and designed so that there is no way to wrap the straps around to take advantage of the “extra” velcro. The actual velcro part that is gripping on my bike is only about 1-1.5 inches long. I’m not sure that it’s going to hold. Plus the only way to clean up the extra strap is to cut it off. It would be so nice if it allowed you to continue wrapping the strap around for more grip, but it’s designed in a way that makes that impossible.I’m going to try it for a week or so without cutting off the straps. If it holds, I’ll cut them off. If it doesn’t hold, it’s obviously going back.

I bought this Topcage to replace a metal water bottle located behind my seat (which I could not reach). My recumbent trike has limited options for mounting accessories, so I was encouraged when I read the positive reviews for this product. I did not want to drill holes in my frame, and easy installation was exactly what I hoped!I was not disappointed! I tried mounting the cage in multiple locations on my trike. Each installation and removal was super easy. The long Velcro straps allowed me to mount on different tube sizes with ease. The Velcro is strong and really holds well! The cage has not moved at all since I installed it – even riding over rough terrain.I determined that the ultimate placement of the Topcage for me was on the front trike post near the pedals (see photos). I can reach the bottle while pedaling and returning it securely to the Topcage without any problem at all. I really like the cage design. It secures the bottle really well vs my original cag

This water bottle & holder are the latest “bling” for my $3K e-Bike! I recently went on a road trip, & intended to take my hydration pack with me. However, I left it @ home, so I bought these two things so that I can attach them to the bike & not worry about having water on when I ride! The thing I love the most about the TopCage holder is that the straps give you a tremendous amount of flexibility about where on the bike you mount this! I already had a tool kit mounted on the e-Bike, so I had to choose the main support brace right in front of my seat in order to mount the bottle. The Velcro straps make this easy. One IMPORTANT note: I originally bought the large 32 oz. bottle:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084KT3K6W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I originally bought this one, but it wouldn’t fit in the TopCage holder. I suggest you keep this in mind when ordering bottle with a holder, regardless of the brands involved.Although I’ll try

My bike didn’t have the normal water bottle attachments so I needed to find a alternative way to attach a water bottle. This mount works perfectly. The velcro does a perfect job securing the bottle holder to my bike. Having gone on several rides with a full water bottle, the holder has not budged! Besides staying in place the holder grips my water bottle securely so it stays put. PS. Water bottle not included … I bought a Camelbak standard size water bottle and it fits perfectly. The water bottle holder is pretty flexible so it would probably accept most standard water bottle sizes.

We have a Hase Pino recumbent tandem with fat tubes and no holes for water bottle mounts. As bicycle tourists, water bottles you can reach to hydrate while biking are super important. The SKS Anywhere Water Bottle Mounts were perfect for our situation and now we can fit water bottle cages at 5 locations with fat and irregular tubes on this bike — top of frame in front of rear captain, both sides of handle bars, and both sides of front fork. Excellent product! Since the strap were just a bit too thick near the disc brakes of the front fork mount, we substituted a hose clamp for one of the straps at the bottom location with extremely tight clearance so it cleared the disk brake rotor. Very happy with how light and strong the plastic is on these cages and that they cannot scratch our aluminum bike. Really like how easy they are to install, remove, and reposition as necessary. Way to go SKS on a great product!
