I was excited to finally receive this product, as I use their line of shampoo and conditioner. I was pretty disappointed upon reviewing, as the box arrived dented on one side. Purple shampoo seeped out of wrapping into box and on other product. Upon unwrapping shampoo covered plastic, plastic pump mechanism was cracked as well as a piece of class. I had to transfer what was left in the bottle to another vessel and throw class bottle away, hoping this does not effect the product as the amber glass helps keep natural ingredients intact. I would recommend packaging glass bottle a bit better, and not shipping in a box larger than the bottle. I feel this had an effect in the shipment, as the bottle had to have been thrown around the unnecessary large box. I have received the same brand of shampoo packaged much better with no issues.

I love this shampoo. I’m letting my grey grow out from highlighted light brown hair. My natural hair color is white around the face and grey with white in the back. Going from a warm color to a cool one has been a challenge. However this shampoo has reduced the stark shade difference to make the transition more manageable. I love my natural white and grey. The texture is soft, shimmering and is very healthy, thanks to this outstanding product.

I love this shampoo! I have been on the hunt for a good purple shampoo. This not only brightens my blonde but it left my hair very soft. I don’t feel like I’m drying my hair out when I’m using it and there is no harsh smell. I’ll definitely purchase again.

I think this is going to be the greatest purple shampoo ever. It is safe with natural fragrance and nourishing ingredients. It is costly, however, and comes in a glass bottle. I would think that would deserve a cardboard box carton for delivery. I am getting a replacement and ordered two more. Was told it will come in a box. I am glad they made it right.
