It measures but i dont know if it is accurate. It gives me different reading every time. Sometimes it would show less than 100/65 which i know that cant be right. If i take it again, it might show 110 /70 So, go figure

The item actually sent is a different model in a box for sale in TURKEY. It sells here in USA at Walmart for $32.84. This one does not even work; the deflate rate mmg/sec is too fast so it is impossible to get accurate readings. It is inherent in the design that best results are N O T gotten by averaging readings; instead the HIGHEST reading of several is the most accurate when you are deflating a cuff while making pressure measurements. The one sent had a deflation rate mmHg/sec which is so fast that results will most of the time be in significant error. I will try to add photo later.

I was told to check my blood pressure often and my doctor recommended I purchase an Omron so I did and it’s very accurate and easy to use.

My family doctor recommended I get one to monitor my blood pressure. After checking recommendations,I selected the Omron as my choice. So far, it has performed as expected. It will be tested for accuracy in the near future, so I will be better able to update my ratings afterwards. So far, I have not experienced any problems with it and would recommend it for ease of use.

kinda a scam i think. they never asked what size cuff, so i was not able to request the cuff size. they sent out a child cuff…i thought no big i will order another, the provided cuff will work on wife so big…only thing is right now the large size cuff cost more than unit with a cuff….scam sending out child size cuffs and then charging a higher price for a adult large cuff.. not sure on the medium cuff proce but bet its about the same….the unit works great, i think this has more to do with the company and their business practices…i did buy it from omron via amazon, could be either dumping over stocked small cuffs on customers, my bet amazon…either way its a dirty trick, dumping or scamiming

This model is old junk (Omron no longer manufactures this particular model), and is apparently intended to be sold to customers outside of the US. I am in Florida. Nothing on the packaging told me otherwise. I called Omron to complain about cuff size.Cuff was 13″, too small for my adult arms. Returned it for a current model with a cuff that fits adult men in the US.
