After using the same eye makeup remover for years it started to bother the skin under my eyes so I was on the “hunt” for something new to try. I then found Sens’Eyes. I has rave reviews at the Sephora website so I thought I’d try it. It is made in France and the packaging is very good.It does remove mascara without a lot of rubbing. The light weight lotion itself is a pale blue color. You put some on a cotton ball then just hold it down onto your eye lashes and within a few seconds it is on the cotton ball! I have to do that about three times for each eye and then the mascara is completely off my eyes. So it does not take rubbing and pulling of the eye area to remove.The only negative for me is that if any of the lotion gets in my eyes (which it almost always does!!) My eyes have a slight sting to them for a few hours afterwards. It’s not that bad so I WILL be reordering this when I need more. At least it is not irritating the skin below my eys which was my original and worse problem with my long time eye makeup remover.

I love this product and have used it for years. It melts off waterproof eye make-up but doesn’t bother my sensitive eyes. However, this is at least the third time I’ve purchased it and found the pump doesn’t work. This time I actually submitted a return due to that. Guess what? The new one arrived with the same problem; the pump doesn’t work. So, I guess the manufacturer either hasn’t gotten the message or don’t care that these pumps stink. For the price of this product, nearly 5x what I’ve paid for other make-up removers, the pump should work!!!! For that reason, 3 stars instead of 5.

This stuff WORKS!!! I work in health care and have switched to contacts due to all the gear we have to wear with that said, I switched to water proof mascara so it doesn’t run when I get extremely sweaty and also when I use rewetting drops. And this mascara is almost impossible to get off!!! Which is great for when I am working..lol. But this is amazing.. one small drop rubbes into lashes and all gone. I use a cotton mackuo pad for application and removal. Definitely recommend!!!

This product is especially good to take off waterproof mascara. Close eye and gently massage on lashes. Be patient. The warmth created takes off the mascara. Use a cotton ball to take off. Repeat for other eye. Not as expensive as other products
