Have no clue what it says cause it’s not in English so I just did the same as any other purple shampoo. Left it on for 2-3 mins and it came out perfect. Got it to enhance my silver hairs that are starting to come in. Perfect shampoo and probably the best purple shampoo I’ve ever used.

This is a fantastic find! My white and gray hair was looking awful. No matter what shampoo and conditioner I used, my white/gray was dull. After doing research I took a chance and I’m thrilled! The very first time I used it, my gray/white looked fantastic! Not only does it brighten the gray/white, it adds shine! My hair never shines! Try this-you will not be disappointed!

I was looking for a product that you can put on your hair to give it shine or style it. Usually when we say Hair Cream we mean something you don’t have to wash. But this product is more like a mask. You MUST wash it after a few minutes. The prosuct details should be more specific about it. Nonetheless, it’s a product of high quality, it has great smell and it leaves my hair very silky.

But I wanted my natural hair color which is not, surprise, blue. And I could NOT rinse this stuff out of my hair. I first realized I had a problem when my drying towel came away with blue fingerprints. Then, after brushing, my hair looked really blue. I didn’t wait to see what color it would be after drying. I washed it again. My hair still has a bluish tinge, but washing it again seemed counterproductive to addressing its coarseness. The blue prints came out of the towel – washed in cold water – if you’re concerned about staining.

I could not believe the difference in my hair, after trying L’OrÃal Professionnel SerieExpert Silver Neutralising Cream. It took the brassy color from my natural gray hair, and turned it into a soft silver gray. More than happy with this product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This stuff made my hair yellow. I have natural gray hair and this product made my hair look bleached. It did not improve shine. What a waste of money! My picture doesn’t really look like my hair.
