– Three float options are available to fit the needs of every cyclist: 0 ° black / 4.5 ° grey / 9 ° red.
– The position of your cleats can be customized with the KEO FIT system.
– The Keo standard was developed in order to minimize the weight and size of the cleat/pedal ensemble, while remaining compatible with all shoes available on the current market. The entry and the release are secure and work well.
– The position memory LOOK patent easily allows the adjustment of your cleats when you need to change them. In order to use this system, the sole of your shoes must have a central oblong where the memory position part will be screwed.

The very first words of the product description read ‘Easy entry and exit due to a fluoropolymer material …’ and I’m finding this to be true after two weeks of debuting these Look KEO cleats. They’re significantly easier on this front than my previous cleats. As a relative novice on a road bike, I’m finding this feature to be useful in avoiding needless and embarrassing low-speed Road Rash. The cleats were exceptionally easy to install on my Giro shoes, both of which allow for meaningful adjustment in the preferred placement of cleats on shoe.Great price, too.

Just be aware these DO NOT have the rubber sections that are found on other cleats, as such they are very slippery on tile flooring and probably other types of floors. They clip in and out well and are very stable otherwise, just slick on certain flooring.

I loathe this version of KEO cleats. All my bikes have the KEO pedal/cleat system. This cleat version is useless. The “bimaterial” does not add to power transfer or ease of click in. In fact clicking in after a stop light, when quick acceleration is needed, is actually harder. Also, if you enjoy feeling like you are walking on ice when you get off your bike – this pedal is for you. Did I mention how much I hate this KEO cleat version?

I noticed that these cleats do not have rubber pads on them like my original ones did. This allows the clear and shoe to slip and lose traction even when walking a short distance on certain surfaces.

If you’re looking for the the ‘original’ Look Keo cleat, not the Grip cleat, this is it. After one failed order, I received the correct one. These replaced a well-worn set and have made clipping in a joy again! My only complaint is the included bolts are 2 mm shorter than the original Keo bolts and won’t work on my shoes, so I had to re-use a few bolts and scrounge for a few more.

I’ve had look pedals for years and never had issues. Got a new pair of Sidi shoes, picked up these new cleats and carefully attached them with torque wrench as usual3 weeks / 400 miles later they are cracked. Are these fake cleats?!

My last pair of Look Keo Blade pedals went 35,000 miles, and were still in good shape, so I’m a big fan of Look pedals, been using them since the 80’s.These cleats do wear, especially the side you use when you put a foot down. I go through one right-side cleat at least once a year (5k miles), left cleat lasts twice as long. For walking, I don’t recommend the “Grip” cleat version. Instead, get a pair of Kool Keo Cleat covers, makes it much easier to walk, no slipping, and keeps the cleats clean when you’re on the side of the road. Don’t get the Look brand covers, they’re way too stiff, especially in cold weather.I prefer the red cleat, lots of float, never a knee problem. If the cleats creak a light coat of dry lube on the pedal contact surfaces will fix it, and check cleat torque after the first few rides, torque rating is 5-6 Nm (very tight).I’ve never had an issue with a Look pedal or cleat, both are high quality and work well.

Unless you are always unclipping in a soft surface such as grass I recommend you spend the extra few bucks for the grip model. Putting your foot down on a hard surface (road or sidewalk) is like ice skating. I have it 3 stars because when clipped in it works fine. It’s just a death trap with your foot on the ground, and there are better options.

These were just what I needed to put on my brand new (yet purchased 10+ years ago) Carnac TRS9 tri shoes. The pedals in my training bike are also 10ish years old: Look Keo Carbon blade. Was hesitant to purchase since the pedals are older, but very happy they are perfect !!

I have been using “LOOK” cycling cleats for 15 years or more, easy to adjust and install on cycling shoes. The name says it all “LOOK” I have to look my shoes onto the peddles, part of cycling.
