Liqui Moly Catalytic System Cleaner, 300ml is a special combination of additives for cleaning and removing specific impurities and deposits from the intake and combustion system. The strong cleaning effect ensures a clean catalyst and reduces pollutant emissions. Dissolves and removes soft and strongly adherent deposits from the intake system and the combustion zone. Increases the reliability of spark ignition engines and the catalytic system. Liqui Moly Catalytic System Cleaner, 300ml is suitable for all petrol engines with catalyst.

How to use: Put the additive in a spray bottle with a pump. Determine the intake direction then start the engine and spray the additive into the intake manifold at short intervals, while the engine runs moderately (2,000-3,000 rpm). If the speed does not fluctuate, the spray intervals can be extended. If the speed fluctuates suddenly (<700 rpm), it shortens the intervals between sprays. For fine atomization, regularly check that the pump spray bottle has sufficient residual pressure.

    Before apply the product when I disconnect the Mass Air Sensor the vehicle start to with anormal revs oscillation; instead of I start to apply it, at half bottle the anormal revs regulate by itself. Is incredibly how quick you feel the difference is like a brand new car.We’ll done, Liqui Molly

    Ok so I bought this after I got that stupid P0420 code. Wasnt expecting a miracle but the improvements I saw was pretty good. My post-cat temperature reading was pretty low as I was running the car with a defective post-cat O2 sensor for a while. I used my obd2 scanner for some before and after comparisons for the temperature and there really was a big difference. I’ll still need to change the catalytic converter eventually but this product bought me some time.

    Though its not Liqui Moly’s fault. When you disconnect the MAF the car below 4k RPM will just stall. So its almost impossible to apply since application should happen at 2-3K RPM.If this could be made MAF safe it may make it work for landrover vehicles.

    Bought this product thinking I would use in my fuel tank like all catalytic cleaners but the can says you need to then buy a special nozzle to use in the engine.No directions on this just videos showing a generic engine. Long and the short is this product is expensive and you need to be a mechanic. Also took forever to come from Eastern Europe not Germany where it is made.

    2010 BMW X5 – 133k – can says to use some kind of special hand pump bottle… I used a hand spray bottle. I sprayed after air filter while engine was running hot – Turned vehicle off for 5 minutes and tried to start it – It sputtered after about 3 tries – Finally got it to turn over and within 2 minutes check engine light was off! Runs noticeably smoother – No codes have thrown after 5 days
