Package arrived wrapped in paper instead of plastic and bottles cap was loose, content was spilled. Pricey product but effective. My hair salon says will be discontinued.

My shampoo was not sealed so it exploded during shipping. Returning through Amazon is always more trouble than it’s worth so I’m just going to take the loss. I would think the manufacturer would put a seal on it, especially with the weird cap.
