Description

The minimalist model is made of various precious metals, aluminium, copper, brass and (blued) stainless steel. The metallic body gives this writing instrument the special feel and elegance. Especially beautiful: this raw material will discolour over time. With this ballpoint pen, you can change the line width by changing the different interchangeable leads.

I was looking for a small fountain pen that would work with a purse-size notebook and this one is perfect! I also purchased the clip to help it stay snug on the elastic loop of my purse notebook. What I really like is that while this is a small fountain pen, when open and the cap is screwed onto the pen base, it is absolutely the perfect size for my hand. Now, if I was a big guy, this pen might seem a bit too small and delicate, but for a woman with somewhat delicate hands (I don’t have teeny hands for a lady, but I also do not have long, willowy fingers!), this pen fits my hand well when writing. This is truly one of those pens that I can see people either loving it or just disliking it mostly due to its size. As for me, I love it!

It’s slim, with an EF nib and a lightweight metal (not plastic) body – it’s all I’ve ever wanted in a fountain pen. I write A LOT and have about 20 fountain pens from $20 – $400, German, French, Japanese, American, and Chinese pens. This pen writes very clearly in a small letter size, does not skip and is super comfortable for those long writing sessions. It’s ideal, I’m in love with this pen, and if you want a small grip with an EF point at a reasonable price, this is your pen. I’ve purchased the clip because of its propensity to roll.

This is my third Kaweco Liliput style fountain pen. The Fire Blue, Brass Wave and now this copper pen. I love them all. They all write well with no skips or hard starts when put away for the day. The Nostalgia Clip purchased to go with this pen gives added pizzazz to its beauty and also stops it from rolling around. I have small hands/writing and this fine point pen works very well for me. I look forward to the patina it will have after using it for a while. Very pleased with this purchase.

This is the nicest pen I’ve owned. It is beautiful and writes super smoothly. The only caveat is that this one costs twice as much as the other colors. I wanted it, so I paid it, but I’m not happy about it. Lol

Awesome little fountain pen, super light and comfortable a little small (not by much) if you have big hands. After buying the Lilliput I went and bought the Supra, both are great, but the Supra is a more comfortable because it is girthier. On youtube every reviewer complains about Kaweco’s nibs’, the nib is great for writing and very smooth. Between nibs, extra-fine and fine, I think a fine nib is better because is smoother and more fluid.

I’m in love with this pen! I had been eyeing it for a while and the deal here was too good to pass up. I have sma hands which makes this pen super comfortable and I love how small and sleek it is to carry. It’s also the best when I pull it out to use and people are surprised that it’s a pen! The nib is incredibly smooth and writes like a dream and the weight is perfect for such a tiny package!

This pen is excellent! I got mine in copper, and have no regrets, as the natural patina has developed very nicely. It’s very easy to take anywhere due to its slim size, and being made of metal, is more durable than any of my other pens.My nib size is extra fine, and unlike some brands (TWSBI…) extra fine really means extra fine! The line is somewhere around 0.5mm, obviously depending on writing pressure, the type of paper you’re writing on, and the ink you’re using. For this reason alone, it’s one of my favorites since small writing is very easy. The nib is pretty firm, and not very springy so don’t expect anything crazy in a signature. Some minor gripes: it takes 4 full rotations to unscrew the cap, which doesn’t sound like a lot but most of my other pens have somewhere in the neighborhood of 1.5 to 2 so it’s a little annoying. Also, this pen does not fit the Kaweco refillable piston, so if you want your own ink inside the pen, you’ll have to u

This pen is super lightweight and clearly well made. It does not in any way feel cheap. It took a few minutes to get the ink flowing (I flushed before inking for first time), but once it got started, just fantastic. Beautiful extra fine line, no skipping, nib feels very mildly scratchy for an ef. Threading for cap is precise. I have small hands, and can even use this un-posted, but posted it’s very comfortable to write with. Although it’s slim, it isn’t too slim, and isn’t “slippery.” I love this thing!

Everything about it I like. The Lilliputian look and feel when in use. The copper color I chose is quite unique as well as pretty with compliments. I write all my letters with this pen. The joy that comes from holding it, while thinking of friends or family as I write. It is tiny but mighty, no other pen brings this joy.Highly recommend owning at least one of the Liliput. Shirlj

I own a Kaweco Sport fountain and ballpoint pen. I wanted something a little smaller for my EDC kit. This pen is shorter and thinner than the Sport. It is metal so durability should be good. It takes cartridges that are available in an array of colors. You have to get used to the small size so its best for taking notes. I keep it in my kit along with a Rite in the Rain Poco ballpoint, Rotring multipen and a small notebook. The price I paid was reasonable for the quality of the pen. It is the lightest pen I own, is comfortable when posted and feels more substantial than the Kaweco Sport.
