I love this ink for my favorite pens and was delighted to see multi packs at a good price. However, like another commenter here, my packet arrived a bit “soggy” — two of the cartridges had opened and spilled over all the packages. Perhaps this is a function of being stored for long period? Also discovers subsequently many empty cartridges. Not sure but I will be more choosy next time when ordering.

This is a good value but I’m not impressed with the delivery status updates, I even contacted them to let them know I received the product so they could update it on their end and it’s still showing that it will be delivered later this month.

Wonderful product – packed poorly. Had to throw away 7 cartridges because they were squeezed during shipping and spilled all over everything. Seven ink cartridges were empty when they arrived, after having leaked onto all the cartridge boxes. Excellent product. Please pack in a more protective way.
