IDC Powerharness – Professional control for urban walks
IDC Powerharness is your dog harness for bustling days, early morning walks, and getting around safely. It is a harness you can fit in one move and count on when you need it.
Efficient power transmission, efficient control
We have optimized the IDC Powerharness for the power directed at the dog. It’s chest strap is parallel to the leash in your hand; therefore, it can transmit the power arriving from you in the most efficient manner. This means that you can hold back or stop your dog when you need to with less effort. The wide chest strap and the optional chest pad help distribute the power over the chest for the proper comfort of your pet.
Specific design for each dog size
In order to offer the same comfort to all the dogs, the structure of the harness is different for small and large dogs; we designed them with the specific dog sizes and the relevant leash angles in mind.
Green zone design principle: free movement, free breathing
Unlike collars, the special angle of the chest strap allows the IDC Powerharness to rest on the ideal zone of the chest. This completely frees your dog’s neck for healthy, unrestricted breathing while ensuring free movement for the front legs.
Heavy-duty handle to handle the unexpected
The handle atop the harness allows you to control your dog with confidence – to stop her or guide her moves on the streets, up or down the steps, or when getting out of the car.
One-click fit for daily use
To make your bustling days go smooth, the harness can be fitted in a single move.
Sturdy construction for everyday use
Reliability and durability are guaranteed by the shatterproof buckle, the use of excellent materials, and the careful manufacturing by hand. The reflective elements of the IDCPowerharness ensure good visibility, the first-class, OEKO-TEX-certified lining ensures high product safety, the practical accessories offer versatility, while the interchangeable hook-and-loop patches allow for customization.

Our English Bulldog, Stella, is ornery and very, very strong. She’s only 9 months old and is already 60 lbs of pure muscle. I researched all over the place and found this harness touted as the perfect bulldog harness. Since bulldogs are notoriously hard to fit (they have no neck and chests the size of much larger dogs), this fit the bill perfectly. It’s very quick and easy on-and-off, looks fantastic, makes her (somewhat) easier to control, and doesn’t hurt or choke her when she pulls. We got the custom decals with her name on them, and she loves it when strangers call her by name. The only downside to this harness is that my lovable, attention-begging dog is often mistaken for a service dog because the harness looks so “official.” I’m so glad people’s tendency is to respect the hands-off approach to service dogs, but since Stella isn’t one, she misses out on a few hugs and kisses. Tragic. We’re probably going to get her another set of decals so one can say her name and the other can say, “Free kisses.”Another thing we like is that this harness, coupled with a $13 tether from the pet store, makes a perfect seatbelt for Stella. She loves going places and visiting.

Bought this for my Dogo Argentino who loves to pull. Every other harness never fits correctly or slides all over his body and chafes his underarms. I contacted Julius K9 to help determine what size to order and they were extremely prompt and helpful in responding to my email.I ordered a size 3 for my dog whose chest circumference is 37 inches and it fits well. It stays in place and is easily adjustable. He is easy to walk on this and the way the D loop is positioned gives me much better control if he does try to chase a cat (his favorite), chipmunk, or squirrel. It seems very well made and sturdy. The clips are wide and I don’t feel like they would break or come apart easily. The loop handle on the top of the harness in front of the D loop is handy if I do have to grab him and hold him still for whatever reason. The fact that there is no center strap between the shoulder and chest straps is a huge plus for me, and makes it MUCH easier to get him in and out of. I

BULLDOG owners. This is the harness you have been looking for…..Awesome harness. Great material, sturdy and reliable. Seems comfortable for dog. If you worry about your dogs neck taking the load of a resistance you can purchase a separate chest piece for added support. Many accessories…can get pricey but products are solid. Tip: removal velcro patches: if you are going to customize, order them directly from the company. Third party patches are of poor quality and not reflective.Very happy with this produce. Glad I found it

This dog harness is awesome! I used to have to switch back and forth between various dog harnesses because the harnesses would tend to wear away the fur on my dog. So I got to thinking about service dog harnesses and those dogs have to wear their harnesses practically all the time. So for that you’re going to have to think about the harness creating fur bare spots. So I checked out Julius-K9 because their harness is very similar to those used by service dogs. The harness works wonderfully! I haven’t had a single issue with bare spots since and I don’t ever have to switch back and forth between harnesses anymore. I just grab the Julius-K9 harness and put it on him and go. The only thing I have to say is that because his harness looks so much like a service dog collar, I always get questions about whether he’s a service dog now or if his name is Julius. The print has started to wear off of the Velcro patches. I might just go to a print shop one day and have stickers

We really liked this and the 2 other harness we bought from Julius until one harness had the buckle break. We wrote to them telling them the issue and sent some photos of broken buckle. The agreed it was defective and sent us a new buckle.Unfortunately the new buck was a larger size and we had no way to fix the harness. We sent back and asked them to send older buckle as new one was wrong size. They told us that the new buckle was a replacement for the unreliable old buckle and we would need to take it to a cobbler to have repaired.I would not recommend buying from them as they admitted the old buckle was not sufficient but refused to replace our harness. We ended throwing it out and are in process of buying another brand.

Warning: don’t buy this because your dog will slip out of this harness if you pull your dog. I had to chase my dog today because he escaped from this harness. This harness is made if the dog pull you; however, if you have a stubborn dog and you pull your dog to get him to move then the harness will slide over his head. There is nothing that will secure the dogs neck…if you don’t believe me , buy this and then step in front of you dog and pull and you will see the harness move over his head

I bought this harness because I have a shiba inu and we are still working on his recall. I read this was one of the best harness for shiba so I went ahead and got it.I checked the fit several times and followed the instructions carefully as I wanted to be sure my dog couldn’t slip it.Used it for a little before he slipped it. Chased him all over for at least an hour. Exactly what I was trying to avoid. Luckily we got him back safe.Sent in for a refund and they kept $12.18. No explanation. Terrible unsafe harness and I didn’t even get a full refund. Can’t recommend this to anyone who is even slightly concerned about their dogs recall. After trying a few other harnesses I recommend the ‘2 Hounds Design Freedom No Pull Dog Harness’ sold here on Amazon for slippery little Shiba inu!

Bought the size 0 for my 50 pound husky and it fit perfectly. However, I do not recommend this for dogs that pull. She’s faster than me, so when we are running or she’s pulling, you can hear her struggling to breath. We fitted this per the instructions online. The front strap also sits across her chest. She still manages to get out while going backwards. She also does not like this harness as she runs away from it lolThis harness looks really nice and the reflective and glow in the dark features helps see her at night, but due to her sounding like she’s being choked I do not recommend this for dogs that pull.

My Springer was very high strung. He went at everything full speed. When he reached the end of his leash, he’d get spun around violently. This harness put the connection to the leash far enough back to prevent the spinning, causing less injury. It is very easy to put on the dog. It is also very well built. I am a parachute rigger, and this harness reminded me of the webbing on a parachute harness, both in terms of materials used and quality of stitching. If your dog breaks this harness, get a smaller dog. Two points toward the negative, this harness does nothing to discourage the dog from pulling, and the glow in the dark was less than impressive. Where I kept the harness wasn’t bright enough to charge it. So the only time I saw it glowing was after coming in from the bright sun! that wasn’t really important to me, but if it is to you, you need to be prepared to “charge” it. The reflective areas did work very well. If I had gotten any customized labels, that is what I would have used.
