Wow!! Never would have thought something this inexpensive, light-weight and simple to use would actually work. I have had numerous sharpeners over the years and cannot tell you how disappointing they have ALL been. Buy this sharpener. It actually works and my scissors are so sharp.

I used it to sharpen all the pairs of scissors I have in my house . It was easy ! No assembly, just slide scissors through 4 or 5 times and done ! Sharp scissors ??

I was hesitant to buy this but not knowing where to take fabric sheers and then having to wait a week or two to get them back, this tool solved the problem. I sharpened 2 pairs of Gingher sheers and 1 pair of crappy all purpose scissors. Put the edge back on both! I was quite surprised! Took about 15 passes through as all needed an edge put on. The Ginghers I use for fabric only sharpened fast. The other 2 pair could use another round but they were in bad shape. This is well worth the money!

The Fiskars clip sharp is a great sharpener for scissors. It is large and easy to use, way better than those little hand held ones. It sharpens all types and sizes of scissors. Has brought many of our old pairs back to life. An excellent product.

I have the standard orange version of this and it works for all of my Fiskars scissors but I also have a pair of heavier leather shears which are much thicker and this particular sharpener worst perfect for keeping it razor sharp
