I had used their eyebrow pencil for years and they recently discontinued it. I was very upset and sure I wouldn’t be able to find a replacement I liked. Thus one seems to be working out fine.

This is a great eye brow pencil. You don’t have to sharpen, keeps its shape. The down side is you can’t buy refills you need to buy the whole unit.

Because of my past purchasing experiences with Amazon, when it was time to replace this product I I used my Amazon account. The cost was $48.00. Today I received an email from Belks and the identical Estée Lauder multi-task brow brush was $29.00. Love the product-not cost though Amazon. I will not make the same mistake again.

I bought this color brow pencil because of what I read in the reviews. Like me, who had always used the estee lauder soft brown refillable pencil, it is no longer available and the reviewer’s had to use this color instead. It is nowhere near the soft brown color that I used for decades. It is an awful color and I didnt like how the tip was shaped and also I don’t care for how it goes on the brow from the applicator. Totally disappointed. Am sending it back.

Was very pleased to locate this product on line since I could no longer find it in the department store makeup counters. The pencil is soft and spreads easily without pressure. It gives a natural look.

I have used Estee Lauder brow pencils for many, many years. This product is a replacement for the one I previo usly used, However, it does a great job at lining my eye brow.
