This is a great set, Copic Markers are my brand of choice and the primary set is a wonderful addition to my collection

Possibly the cheapest price I found for this gray set. They arrived quickly and I started using them immediately. They don’t smell bad (compared to a Sharpie marker) and this speaking from someone who is allergic to everything.Made my own color test chart and they are fun to use. Will work out the tricks to color better with them. I see a lot of tutorials around so its good that the Copic community is around to help the noobs that don’t know what they are doing (like me). Will surley buy more colors in the future. It’s all about trial and error so do not get discouraged, keep drawing and have fun!

A new look at pens with this set.Pros:RefillableBlendable – due to being alcohol basedTips can be replacedEquisite for drawing in greyscaleEasy to use even for people who never use pens to draw.Cons:- Bleed through if you use thin paper, as do prismacolor pens btw.- Not puppy proof. My puppy chewed up my n6 and i had to reorder the single and it cost me 10 bucks to replace. Might have been better if i just rebought the set, but pointless cus they are refillable.- More expensive than other pens on the market by worth the price considering the capabilities.- Wish the multiliner in this set had a thinner tip, but works okay regardless.

Received genuine Copic Sketch markers that are brand new and full of ink. All nibs in perfect condition. These are awesome markers if you’re looking for alcohol-based, refillable ones. Just as most alcohol-based markers do, they will bleed through thin paper.Including a sample swatch of the colors (tested on plain computer printer paper). As others have stated, some of the colors are a bit darker than the sample on the package. The lavender (BV0000) and the lighter teal (BG11) are pretty spot on.

The combination of the brush and the flat nib allows for greater versatility in drawing. Combine that with the range of neutral greys in this set, their natural blendability thanks to the alcohol-based ink, and the fact that they can be refilled. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, take on the fact that even if you are mixing lighter greys with darker, the alcohol based ink and design of the markers’ tips means that the different ink colors cannot contaminate one another. These things are dependable, versatile, and cover a wide range, and despite the price of admission, I can honestly say they’re well worth buying.

Ok, I gave in…been using Prisma markers because of the brush and small nib combo…but…Copics are where it’s at!!! They feel comfortable in the hand, they lay down extremely well, they definitely live up to the hype! Thankful.

When my teenage brother asked for Copic Sketch Markers for his birthday, I raised an eyebrow at the price and wondered about what made these markers special. But after seeing the beautiful illustrations he’s done since I got him the two sets (Perfect Primaries and Pale Pastels) last May, I totally get it. He’s been using these markers for months and still no signs of needing refill. He says they’re really comfortable to hold, easy to work with and the ink dries nicely.

Wish I could leave a good review as Copic markers deserve. However the markers I received are not Copic markers, they’ll like them, but they are not. Ink dries to fast, does not blend well, inconsistent, the marker is noticably lighter, feels cheaper, the graphics on the package or wrong.

I have been wanting to own the Copic Sketch Earth Essentials 6-pack of markers for many months. Copics are pricey so $24.99 for six markers was a good deal to me and I bought the pack. The colors that are in the set are: B41 (powder blue), B45 (smoky blue), E34 (toast), E39 (leather), YG13 (chartreuse), and YG17 (green grass).B45 appears to be the juiciest marker from the packet and B41 feels less moist. So far I’ve been using the two blues the most and already I feel as if I will need a refill for B41 soon.In my non-professional opinion for people who are new to Copic markers: Copic markers are alcohol-based markers, which means you can blend the colors together without pilling the paper (unlike water-based markers). However this doesn’t mean you can blend any colors together. The starting point is the letter on the marker which indicates the color family. So colors in the same color family will blend well with other colors in the same family. However, if yo

This product is very nice, very neat… however, for the price, its ridiculous. The tones are beautiful, but the product runs dry very quick, ive only used these on 3 occasions, and 2 of my markers are already going dry on the fourth time I used it(fourth time is the Mikasa sketch). I personally don’t reccomend, they dry out very quickly. And for the price, its not worth it.
