The media could not be loaded. Ok, so anyone reading knows, this is the only review that is going to tell you what you really need to know. I read them myself and there are a few haters posting bad reviews here, so I’ll set that straight right now. As a bicycle mechanic, my thoughts while reading these reviews were that every single bad review was done by those who do not, AT ALL, ride even close to daily or that they have absolutely no clue what they are doing and cannot work on bikes..As for my review, i absolutely love these tires. They were super easy to mount. The reviews saying they are hard to mount don’t know what they are talking about. So easy. My race tires are Schwalbe Pro 1’s, now those are a pain in the a$$ to mount, but these were much easier and cost half the price. I got a red and blue one to set off the look of my Trek i use for daily riding and training. They are awesome looking with many color choices to match just about any bike, roll very s

I put these tires on a relatively cheap road bike I bought from Amazon. Hiland road bike. Pretty much my first time installing new tires, all I needed was a pair of tire levers. A little frustrating and took some brute strength to put on but that’s literally how it works, you need to force the tire over the rim. I thought I installed them wrong because the lines looked out of shape but inflating them to 120 psi and riding for a day made the tires sit perfectly. They look great, grip the road very well, and overall I’m really satisfied. Already bought a second pair for when this one wears out.

Been mixing up tires for my commuter bike and I keep on going back to ultra sports. Love the supple smooth ride, relatively low rolling resistance, and reasonable durability. Being able to order it in bright yellow for my Pittsburgh based bike is an extra bonus.

The item (a Continental bicycle tire) was first rate. The item was exactly as described and was shipped out to me fast. Everything was perfect. I like the Ultras better than Gatorskins and feel they are a better value than Gran Prix tires

I wanted to update the 23mm Conti tires on my old Trek road bike (Araya 700c wheels) with very slightly wider (25mm) new tires. The Conti Ultra Sport III were available, priced right, and had decent reviews…. except a few folks on this and other bicycle sites did mention some issues with mounting. SOME??? Listen, I’ve worked on bikes all my life, and have the Park Tools for the job. Even after heating the tires and lubing the tire bead, rim edge and Park tire levers, my daughter and I damn near broke fingers getting them on. NEVER have I had such issues. As long as I never get a flat, these are going to be great tires. If I do? I’ll probably cut the wire bead and toss them rather than fight this battle again!

I bought these to replace 23mm tires because I wanted a bit more cushion. But wow, wasn’t expecting it to feel like a new bike! Confidence with cornering grip and on downhill when braking is excellent. Been riding these a month and no issues after about 200 miles. You can look it up online, but these are the only tires in this price range to give you even close to the rolling resistance and weight of serious road tires. That you can get them on Amazon Prime cheap and easy? Amazing!
