You need to shake it really well to make it applicable. I was not able to get success to dry fully over 8 hours. After I applied it looks like very dirty chain. I have not driven yet but not sure about the quality yet. Also the bottle lid is not black like the picture. It is white.

The product itself works great. I love ufo drip. Unfortunately, this time around my bottle was delivered without a cap and spilled on everything in the box. Not a huge deal but also not fun cleaning wax off of everything.

I have been using Oval chainring for some time without any luck of how to reduce the noise it’s produce, A friend of mine recommended me UFO Drip and I doubt it at first because is not cheap but I finally bought it and after applying it the noise was gone, from the first application the drivetrain is very smooth , Excellent product!!!!!

I use this on an indoor trainer. I normally crockpot-wax my chains but figured a drip-on wax is good enough for the trainer.The main issue with the UFO stuff is that it sheds like crazy. The trainer and floor are covered in chain-dandruff, and unlike with the crockpot-method, it doesn’t stop shedding once the chain is broken in. It’s pretty easy to vacuum up though.It appears to work reasonably well as a lube. Even after all the shedding the links have a “waxy” feel to them.That waxy coating is starting to feel a bit thin after about 200 trainer “km” – with none of the heat, cold, moisture, road-grit, or shifting that it would see outdoors. The claimed 300 km between applications are optimistic, but it does last longer than other lubes I’ve used.

I’ve been searching for a wax based lube that lasts more than 40 or 50 miles and finally found it with this UFO lube. I just did the 134.7 mile California BWR and my chain was good the whole way without having to reapply any lube during the race!
