I give this a one star just like the other review this is not a H Bar Proto wrench the picture is wrong, it’s just a plain Proto ratchet wrench 19mm don’t get me wrong the wrench itself is a high quality wrench the finish was perfect but not the wrench pictured in the photo. I sent it back and amazon just put it back up for sale again with out changing the picture.
