I have a relatively new scar under my nose. By relatively new I mean it’s been there 18 months. It didn’t hurt the way it used to, but I knew that I still had a ways to go before it didn’t stand out. I bought the 5g tube and 3 months later I can say I have had a vast improvement. I put it on daily, and the redness is gone, the itching is gone. I didn’t realize that it was still irritated as much as it was until I started using this gel. I am able to wear the gel under my moisturizer and foundation and it’s still effective. I plan to use this for at least another 3 months to see if the scar will start to flatten. Overall, incredibly pleased and my only complaint is that I wish I had started using this sooner!

Doctor recommended this for new burns. Additionally, I have used it on an old scar. Horrible burns are healing better than the doctor expected. She expected large thick scars. Minimal scars and still improving after 6 months. It is to be used very sparingly. It takes a while to dry and then is still tacky. I keep protection on the burns to keep the sun away so the tackiness is not an issue for me. Doctor said to keep the burn scars out of the sun for two years even after they are healed – so UV protective clothing is a part of my daily live now – along with the Straderm scar therapy gel.

It lasts a long time. You only need the smallest drop – it spreads well. Massage it into the scar area. It’s very emollient. It was recommended to me by my eye surgeon to help flatten a minimally raised scar as it’s healing. I don’t know how it works if you have an old scar.

I honestly didn’t have a lot of hope that this would work but a friend had used this and got good results, so I decided to try one more scar cream. Wow! It worked on a burn I had, it worked on several very old scars – and It worked on a facial scar that I have had for 20+ years! I highly recommend this cream! I will definitely buy more1

Just finished my 2nd tube and my hypertrophic scars from laparoscopic surgery 4 months ago haven’t improved. One of my scars half flattened on one side but the other 3 are still raised, purple and sometimes itchy. Just gonna break down and visit a dermatologist.

This product really works but they have a sister product Stratamed that I think works even better. Some surgical scars are raised, this product helps to reduce the color and flatten the scar. I do recommend it.
