Description

Pack of 3 Continental Race 28 700×20-25 S42 Presta Valve 42mm Bicycle Tubes & 2 Continental Tire Lever. The Continental quality road inner tube is a must have cycling essential for 700c bike wheels.

This new ContiTube hose program makes it even easier to find the optimum hose for your needs. The very clear and user-friendly hose system was perfectly adapted in size, design, valve type and length to the respective tire sizes and applications.

Shorter valve inner tubes are ideal for wheels with rim depths of 24mm or 30mm but are not ideal for wheels with rim depths of 40mm or above (as the shorter valve would not extend out of the rim valve hole).

Presta valve tubes are most commonly used for road wheels (700c) and on a few MTB wheels as the valves are thin, whereas Schrader valves are more commanly found on MTB wheels as valve is larger and won’t fit through 700c rim valve holes.

Best tire levers for 700cx25 tires ever used, won’t pinch tube and tubes are great valueOther reviews with easily flat don’t make sense, tubes with not save you from flats but good tires will protect your tubes. Inspect and mark the puncture be sure the foreign object is removed then and always patch the puncture. Remember the tire model are not equal, find the tire design and even size for your usages. Check YouTube for tire reviews and capabilities & don’t be afraid to try and test tires best way learn. Have fun & a safe ride….

The tubes are tubes, can’t argue on the durability aspect of it. But the ease of use is a pain in the ass if you use a hand pump. When I try to pump these up, I have to screw my pump onto it and even when I do it just a full turn I can’t take it off without unscrewing the valve itself. It’s the most irritating thing to have to spend 30 minutes trying to pump up a tube. If you have a normal pump I doubt you’ll have the same trouble.

  4. Barbary Toast (verified owner)

I’m not sure if it’s me, but all 3 of the valve cores on these tubes are sticky, and constantly need to be removed in order to top-off with air. Which would definitely be a real issue out on the road.

  5. Roy Kuehn (verified owner)

I thought that these tubes would be great. Bought three and they all went flat within three miles. Pushed the bike home three times Will not be buying theses again. Stress cracks on the tubes caused flats Could be a bad batch of tubes that got by final inspection

  6. OH_Eng (verified owner)

They fit and they hold air. What more could you want from a bicycle tube. They seem to hold pressure better than the Kendra’s.

Last all season over 3,000 miles…valves are sturdy and Presta type

I’ve bought these a couple of times. No complaints.

  9. Allie Durkin (verified owner)

I had problems with the valve stem sealing. Blamed it on my CO2 inflator, so I replaced it. Still having issues, so it has to be the quality of the presta valve. Going back to Kenda tubes next purchase.

  10. Virginia Mcleod (verified owner)

All three tubes were defective. I usually ride Specialized Thorn Resistant or Air Lock tubes but needed a tube quickly; Specialized is 3-5 days shipping. Perhaps mine was an isolated experience. I’m back with specialized tubes, now.
