The bigboy saw is everything I thought it was going to be. If used correctly it cuts wood flawlessly. For the size and weight and compatibility it definitely carries its own weight. A chainsaw is better if you have one, but other than that the silky big boy is the saw that performs and kicks ass.

For the size of blade this thing is great. One thing that may be a deciding factor for some people is the shorter handled versions feel a bit more ergonomic because of the handle angle being more steep on them, but this works perfectly for me and like that the handle covers the entire blade when closed. Cuts through trees like butter. Most people who haven’t used Silky before and see this in action are absolutely shocked by it’s speed and efficiency. I’ll never use a hand saw other than Silky.

this thing is wicked shahp! i cant believe i got these for 67.99 from sherriltree, because i see theyre now going for 120 bucks! i actually got 2, but like a dummy, i returned one =[the way these are built, i doubt i will ever need the second one. they make short work of limbs. i even felled a 4 inch apple tree offchute, piece of cake for this impressive bit of kit. buy it, before its 200 bucks

Very nice looking, I mean this is a good looking tool. Teeth are large and sharp. I promise you never pack a hatchet again to camp. Comes with a very nice canvas case, Bonus! I’ve been packing a little 8 inch folding limb saw. This baby is taking it to another level
