Note!! Strictly speaking this is a HONING steel and NOT a sharpening steel. If you don’t know what’s the difference then google and youtube will provide lots of explanations. as a Honing steel this is perfect! Main problem as I haven’t used one for ages is to get the angle right and consistent, but has nothing to do with the product itself. I think it is perfect size so I can use it, but it’s not too bulky for my mom, wife and daughter to use it as well.
