Came very sharp. I love my victorinox knives. I have a four victorinox knife. I used this knives for my every day work. The only cons with this knife is very hard to sharpen when it became old. But over all i love victorinox for my every day job as a chef

I always sharpen or strop my new knives as I can make them sharper. This one is came razor sharp. I only hope I can keep it this sharp. Just as good as Japanese knives that start at $200. Happen to see a guy using this to filet a cucumber into super thin slices so decided to give it a try thinking that he must be a master at sharping knives. Very glad I bought it as it arrived almost that sharp.

Needed a good sharp knife. This works fantastic. No sheath, will eventually get a block or magnetic knife holder or something for safety purposes. If it’s magnetic I don’t know as of yet. Either way it is sharp, comfortable, and everyone who tries it is impressed. Would make an odd gift though I see it being appreciated. Everyone always seems to be looking for good knives or struggling to use dull ones.

I really like these knives. I usually get them with the black handle. The look of yellow handle is the only thing I don’t like about this knife, but it stands out and no one else at work has a Yellow handle so the other folks can’t say “Sorry, I thought it was mine”.
