I have many chef’s /cooks knives including good Sabatier, Wusthof and Henckles, and this knife (my second Victorinox) is a real gem to use. very sharp to start with a very quick touch up on a water stone and 2 to 3 goes on a steel and this is as sharp as any knife I have used. Its lightness is strange at first but I found it easy after a couple of minutes. Very good.

How popular this knife is proves it does not need another strong review and it is already annoying when they are out of stock and I want a different knife but here it is. This knife for the price is a steal and it holds an edge as good as much more expected knives. Family members that don’t have a good knife tends to get this from me as a gift and it goes like hmmm you got me a knife well thanks but weeks later it is hey man I freaken love that knife.
