This is the second of these knives I’ve purchased in the last six months or so! We used the first one to slaughter out chickens and it worked SO well! Once, it worked a little too well, as my friend used a little too much pressure and the head came right off! I bought a second one so that we could have one specifically for slaughtering and that I could have my own in the kitchen to cut up the chickens and debone. These knives are amazing! They worked so great, cutting through the joints like butter! I’m so grateful to have them, as we usually process 50 birds at a time and getting them all cut up is so much work. It’s so much easier, though, with these knives! I definitely recommend!

I feed my 2 large dogs a raw diet, and I use this knife daily. It holds an edge great, cuts half frozen meat, turkey, duck and chicken bone no problem. I am very happy with this purchase.

over all great knife… like the curve makes easy to skin of cut finely… very light but very strong blade… wish it was alittle more flexible but over all happy with the buy… highly recommend if looking for a skinning knife of just a nice light weight knife in general
