The conditioner had leaked into the mailing package and only received about 70% of the conditioner. This wasn’t cheap, so needless to say I was a bit upset. I have read such great things about this product that I decided not to pursue returning it.

If you have fine hair, this product will give you such knots and tangles that y our hair will look like it’s in dreadlocks. That’s not all, once you get it combed out, the same thing will happen when you section and try to brush it dry. Awful. When I called, they said you absolutely need something to undo what the product does to your hair.
