Price is maybe a dollar or two cheaper than other places I’ve looked. So price shouldn’t be a big determining factor.Replaced a my Rover fuel filler cap because I kept getting a “fuel cap loose or missing” and the rubber gasket on my was worn. This one seems to seal properly but every once and awhile I still get the warning even though the cap is on correctly.I guess it’s something more serious than just the cap.

I have had to replace this gas cap 4 times over 10 yrs, always requiring a trip to dealer and high price.This cap is exactly the same and even in the same packaging as at dealer. Savings of a third.

Great vendor; have bought from them outside of Amazon as well with never an issue. This gas cap was used to clear a “loose or missing gas gap” fault on my 2006 Range Rover HSE. The fault light cleared within 25 miles. But being that this is a Range Rover, 30 miles after that the light came back on with a new fault for a different issue. This seems to have been the story of my life for the last few years with this vehicle. Maybe I just need a little piece of black tape to cover the light. 🙂
