STEP 1
Wash and dry vehicle. Shake well. Apply to cool, clean surface. Test product on small area to check colour match.
STEP 2
Apply a small amount of product onto a damp foam applicator or cloth and spread evenly on one section at a time – Allow to dry to a haze.
STEP 3
Remove excess with a soft cloth – Buff lightly to enhance gloss and color depth

Purchased a classic NA a few weeks ago and the paint has faded here and there. This wax helped give the car an even shade of red from head to toe. No fading that I could see with my bare eyes, not any more. Chips and scratches are problems for a different product to tackle.

Turtle wax claims the product will work for a range of shades within the designated color. I have tried both their radiant red and dark blue product for vehicles. This product was radiant red which claims to work for all shades of red. In actuality, the product was more of a bright light red. When applied to a deep vibrant red vehicle, it made any of the scratches look much worse, as it accentuated the contrast between the scratch and paint. The other Turtle Wax dark Blue, was more of a baby blue and did a horrible job on any of the scratches on the dark blue vehicle. Basically, if the color in the tube looks different than the color on the vehicle, you should not use it, unless you want to make things worse. If the color exactly matches the car paint color, it should do a good job. Make sure you wear gloves, and do not get any of it on any other surfaces. Use a good Carnauba based wax after you are done, over top of it, and you will like the results.

I bought this despite a few negative reviews because I really didn’t have anything to lose(looked really bad)I have a red Kia Forte and this wax seem to made the color deeper and covered up minor scratches. As far as the wax itself holding up it seems to do well so far. Have had 3 rains and it beads up really nice. Be careful though it stains. Very happy with results.

I wasnt so sure of this wax when i ordered it, but i figured id give it a try. I used it on a 35 year old car that i recently bought that had sat through a winter in the guy i bought it from driveway. It brought the color back awesomely! It made a huge difference. I did use a buffer with it for some parts of the car, but the rest was just elbow grease. it took me probably an hour to just wax the car, thats not including washing it, drying it, and the other stuff like the wheels and glass. realistically like 3 hours total time for me from start to finish. As soon as i was done making the car look as good as it possibly could, i let my girlfriend take it 5 miles away for a ride where a woman talking on her phone blew the stop sign, and crashed right into it, but hey, the wax worked GREAT!!!

Purchased this to use on my Ducati Panigale. The color was a little richer once I completed the wash and wax. It didn’t cover/reduce swirls as much as I was hopping. If it got onto other parts it was difficult to remove. This wax is not something you would do every three months. It seems to be something that you would do each week when you wash your vehicle. The good news is it is pretty quick. Will see if my opinion changes as use it a couple more times.

Turtle Wax comes in a few colors other than white. We have used the Black and this red and LOVE them! They take a dull paint back to looking showroom ready. It will give your paint depth. The other great thing about them is: the ‘dust’ that is left when you wax the car is the same color as the paint – so the car does not need to be washed to get rid of that ugly white ‘leftover wax’ that is so hard to get rid of – you know – you have to get the toothbrush and get in all of the little edges to get rid of it. NOW FOR THE DOWN SIDE: It is very messy! The red is SUPER RED and the black is SUPER BLACK!!!!!! You really need disposable gloves, old rags that you can just throw away when you are done and old clothes that you do not care if they get spots of black or red (that will not come out in the wash) on them. And, when you are done, you want to IMMEDIATELY wash off the floor where you waxed the car, or you will tracking the dust in your house – NOT GOOD! But…., t

I have used the black version of this product before with decent results. This review is for the red. The description states that the chipstick is included. It was not and that is one reason I ordered the product. I recently bought a used vehicle that had a few deep scratches so I require the chipstick to fill them in. The wax by itself is not enough to cover the scratches and does not match well without the stick. It also took 8 weeks to be delivered.

I love this polish/wax. I use it on my Red 1992 Toyota Pickup Extra Cab DLX. Nice, deep shine. If you have a car or truck you want to shine up, this is one product you should check out. Comes in several colors, just pick the one you need.

Amazing stuff. The back of my Xterra gets blasted by road grit because of the shape of the car. The paint has always been dull on the back. I applied 3 different coats and its back to shiny again. Whole car looks great. The wax filled all the tiny cracks and chips in the paint so that it all matches.

It is messy. Bright red, wear gloves, old clothes and use rags you can throw away. I had high expectations for this. My car is a 2020 and I wanted to cover the scratches. It did not do that. I even used compound before. It leaves a nice shine like any other wax but not worth the mess. Maybe this is for a car with oxidation. Not going to return just gonna use it up n call it a loss. My scratches in most places are surface and small but didn’t even stain the scratches at all.
