Buying this perfect replacement battery saved us over $200 by not having to go to a Land Rover dealer and buying a new Key Fob and having them program it. YouTube will show how to open and replace the battery which works just fine.

Fit perfect inside of 2009 LR2 Land Rover key. Recommend it if you need a new one.

Dealer wanted $400 for a new key…replaced the rechargeable battery with this…so far so good. Haven’t had it long enough to test its recharging capability and life, but it’s the same brand as the original. If it doesn’t work, it most likely is the dang Range Rover!!

Package was in good condition and did the job. Was able to replace my dead key fob battery fairly easy just had to buy a soldering iron with a fine tip ($11). Once I replaced I was able to lock and unlock my doors again (also ordered new shells for the key fob). Would recommend for Land Rover LR2 2009.

The ease or difficulties of installation is based upon the type of use.These are direct replacements for an older BMW key fob. Installation required cutting upon the old fob using a solder iron to remove old battery and solder in new battery. Not difficult if you have used a solder iron before.Economic alternative than spending hundreds of dollars for a new key fob and programming.
