Why is it recommended for sensitive skin?
This model of card for dogs with the ends of the spikes finished in a ball prevents the skin from being irritated, even if the pressure exerted is more than correct. Sometimes, either due to fatigue, lack of awareness or ignorance, it is tightened more than necessary in the brushing process. With these balls you will prevent the skin from being affected by it.

One expects an Artero product to perform at the highest level. This slicker brush works incredibly well on my Toy Poodle (oversize), who sports a *very* long coat. Paired with grooming spray spritzes as one always ought when brushing/combing (check out the fantastic Flairosol), the Artero Protected Teeth Slicker is a powerhouse that is still kind to my Tpoo while remaining completely effective. Ten stars!

This is a very gentle slicker brush and my dogs seem to tolerate it better than others I have used. That said, it’s sturdy enough to get the job accomplished.

I was reccomended this brush from my breeder and I can see why she uses it. It is very gentle on the skin. I tested it on me first to make sure it was not abrasive. The brush is good quality and does not feel cheap. The handle is easy to hold when doing strokes. I have a small toy and the flat heads works fine for under the neck and chest. I gave it 4 stars for quality as I want to see how thr tips of the bristles hold up over time

Doesn’t scratch their face, my fur babies would hate when I had to brush their face, but they don’t mind with this brush, thank goodness, I really hated brushing them before, it’s so great not to see them try to run away or cry.

The tips of the brush are so gentle on my doodle, that he enjoys me using it on him! We also own the other expensive types of brushes for doodles too, and this one does just as good of a job in combing and brushing. BEST INVESTMENT EVER!!

Like the beads on the teeth of the brush, my pup doesn’t fight with me as much. Used the brush on her right away and got mattes out! This is the second brush I have from this brand. I like this brand alot!
