I really wanted to like this product. I think it is horribly overpriced, but for a very light weight tube – I was willing to pay. I was out riding today and damaged the sideway on my tubeless tire. I couldn’t repair it so I pulled this out. I put a little air in and noticed that it is was very skinny, I was immediately concerned because I didn’t think it would fill the tire space (29″x2.35″). I was right, it did not fill the space! This tube is way to skinny to be used in a tubeless mt bike tire. I am very disappointed.

Rolls tight and is light weight. I keep one in my seat bag to gete home in case of a flat

  3. Igor L. (verified owner)

This is my second tubolito I’ve purchased. The first one has worked like a charm and does exactly what says; they’re lightweight and very durable.I ordered a second one recently and while I was trying to fill it up it would not take its shape; after further inspection I noticed this perfectly cut circular hole on the tube.I’m guessing there was a quality control error somewhere along the process of making this tube.

  4. cmiller (verified owner)

Doesn’t expand as much as a rubber tube. I don’t think it would work on larger tires > 2.3″

  5. Rene (verified owner)

Bought it as a spare as I’m riding tubeless… Forgot to add sealant to my tyres (should be done every 4 months in average) and got a puncture… Installed my tubolito spare I carry on my hip pack… super easy and fit perfectly…inflated it with a CO2 cartridge and rode for another 15 miles with no problems and without losing any air pressure. At home, I replaced my rear tyre, washed my tubolito (Stan’s seleant residues came off easily) and fold it back again. I thought it would be hard to fold it as it was as new but it wasn’t. Best thing is its light weight and the small space it takes in my hip pack.

This product is unnecessary, but so worth it still worth it for me. I wouldn’t thing that its worth it except im a gram saving weight wennie high school xc racer in utah. It shaved off 60 grams from my old tube which makes it worth it. I use this as a spare tube as i’m tubeless. It Is a good quality tube that seems strong enough haven’t had to use it though and sure hope I never have to.

A little pricey but when weight and space are a concern these are great.

  8. Jack Crack (verified owner)

Could be I just got a pad one, but it does not hold air neatly as well as regular tubes. It lasts a few hours okay, but even overnight loses much more air than rubber tubes.Again, thats just one example.
